Just the Basics

This Sleep Training package is for you if you need the foundational support to get started with sleep training but don't feel like you need the ongoing support to carry it through. 
 
This package is also for you if you need the help but the full support packages just aren't in the budget!
 
You're still going to get a fully personalized sleep plan with a consultation call to fully explain the plan and how to implement it. You will then get one phone call a week or so after you begin implementing the plan and then a wrap up phone call when you've completed the plan. 
 
You will not have access to our sleep app, but we do encourage you to track your child's sleep during the process. 
 
This plan can be used for babies age 6 months up children aged 5!
